DDM ADVERTISING SRL and DDM ADVERTISING INC. inform that, pursuant to art. 13 of the Code regarding the protection of personal data, the information you sent is subject to the treatment provided by the same law; Recalling that the "treatment"means any operation or set of operations, carried out with or without the aid of electronic or automated, involving the collection, registration, consultation, organization, storage, processing, modification , Selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, erasure and destruction of personal data of the person concerned.

This consent is expressly stated to me also to the data defined by the Code, art. 4 c.1 Lett. d), as "sensitive" and whose nature is unknown to me.
